很多厂家在购买滑触线时,不了解滑触线标准,无法判定购买的滑触线质量好坏,是否符合实际标准,本文就此作简单介绍。
曾经有客户问到我,滑触线有没有国家标准,我给客户解释说,滑触线国家没有出台标准,但有一个行业标准,目前最新的标准是JB/T6391《滑接输电装置》标准,这个标准主要由2部门组成,包括:绝缘防护型滑接输电装置、刚体滑线输电导轨装置两部分构成。
新标准与原标准相比,主要变化如下:
1、由于滑线输电装置使用场合已非局限于起重机,在各行业均有广泛应用,故名称省去了“起重机”的前缀;
2、额定电压交流1200V及以下或直流1500V及以下改为交流1000V及以下或直流1500V以下;
3、输电导体标称截面积(mm2)最大1000mm2改为3200mm2;
4、增加表一“不同节点持续率下的截留量转换系数”;
5、绝缘材料抗非正常热和着火危险试验采用本生灯法改为灼热丝试验;
6、表8“与额定绝缘电压对应的介集电器是滑线零碎中集电侧拾取电能的重要安装,它经过集电刷与导轨的滑动接触,将电能间接传导至用电器,从而完成零碎的挪动供电。集电器由机械构造的张力安装和间接与导轨滑动接触的集电刷两局部构成。

滑触线用于给挪动中的设备供电,由两局部构成,滑线导轨(固定局部,与电源相接,常导轨由单长4m/根或许6米/根衔接而成),集电器(滑动局部,可在滑线轨道上或内滑动并与铜条接触取电,集电器用于与挪动电机相连)。

试验电压”中,交流电压试验有所降低,并增加了直流试验电压;
7、增加集电器、集电小车连雪运行性能试验;
8、额定短时耐受电流有效值不应小于20倍额定电流改为不应小于10倍额定电流;
